JB Associates is formed by a team of information systems specialists whose capability spans the full range of skills from project management, analysis, implementation and training through to design, development, delivery and technical administration.

With considerable international experience in providing effective solutions for many different organisations we continue to build and deploy applications using the cloud computing model – where the power of modern systems and infrastructure are delivered via the Internet to wherever they may be needed – or via traditional IT platforms.

We have over a hundred man-years experience in our core team together with a wide network of specialists who we call on as required. Included in our team are:

• A board level project director with more than 25 years of experience in systems delivery across multiple continents in both conglomerate and SME environments
• An experienced project and development director who brings years of systems development experience combined with a deep understanding of business needs
• An expert salesforce consultant and customer service specialist – one of the first holders of salesforce’s Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• salesforce accredited consultants, developers and training professionals with considerable experience of managing complex systems support operations together with on-site training and analysis functions
